It is priced $1,000 below nada suggested list price. This toy hauler has over $18,000 in upgrades. 1/2 ton towable lightweight! I am able to tow this camper with my escalade and it pulls very easy and nice. Central/ducted 13,500 btu a/c, 20,000 btu heater, power hitch jack, fuel station, cummins onan 4 kw gas generator. It also has an inverter so you can use your battery power without electricity to generate 110v. The toy hauler area has a screened in room in the back room with one queen electric bed, 1 tv, and removable carpet. The main area has a 8' slide out, microwave/hood combo, am/fm stereo with aux, u shaped dinette with table that folds into a bed, vinyl interior flooring, and another tv. It also has a double kitchen sink with another queen size bed in the front. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, plenty of storage, a skylight, and a single sink. The outside has crank down stabilizer jacks, awning, 2 almost new batteries and 2 propane tanks, diamond shield front, fiberglass exterior, stabilizer hitch and equalizer bars for easy towing, spare tire, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers and availability for connecting the tv to the outside. It also comes with a generator exhaust system (to help prohibit fumes coming in the windows) and a tarp (has some wear/tears to the edges).
